Part of the FWB Turbo ToolKit™, this extension provides intelligent buffering of small disk accesses. By keepig a copy of some of the most frequently useddisk blocks in RAM, TurboRead goes a step beyond simple RAM caches such as that provided by the Mac OS. It also inlcudes a mechanism similar to TurboBoot which speeds up application launching.
